Do we have Pricing control functionality in SRM?
In ECC we have pricing control functionality like “GR date”
So when we create PO with pricing date category as “GR date” under “Condition control”, system picks the latest price in the GR as per the GR posting date
Do we have this functionality in SRM?Is it possible achieve this requirement for SRM PO?

I have this error while editing permissions In RFX:
Error Permissions cannot be modified as they are being edited by another user
Even the fact that nobody is editing this Rfx,

We tried to use BAdI BBP_DETERMINE_ACCT to overwrite the default from standard but item_data does not contain yet the plant data at this point.

I have a requirement to launch an ABAP WebDynpro from ITS Screen. There is a button on the ITS Screen and when the user click on that button, the WebDynpro Screen has to be launched.

I have a requirement of adding attachment during SC creation. The SC is created using FM: BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE, which has the import parameter lt_attach in which i am passing the following values:
ls_attach-guid = lv_guid.
ls_attach-p_guid = ls_item-guid. "item guid
ls_attach-loio_class = 'BBP_L_DOC'.
ls_attach_kw-phio_class = 'BBP_P_DOC'.
ls_attach_kw-phio_version_no = '00000001'.
ls_attach_kw-phio_ext = 'PDF'.
ls_attach_kw-phio_fsize = '2400'. "(size)
ls_attach_kw-phio_mime = 'application/pdf'.
ls_attach_kw-phio_fname = lv_fname. "('name.pdf')
ls_attach_kw-phio_ps_mime = 'application/postscript'.
ls_attach_kw-PHIO_CONTENT[] = lt_content[].
The hexadecimal content is passed in the lt_content.
Once the SC and PO is created and ordered. When we try to open the attachment in PO, the file (PDF/doc) is not opening as it gets corrupted.
What would be the problem here, is there any other way of doing the attachment. Please assist me in solving this issue.

Now we want to enable this only for a specific group of users.
Is it possible to control this via new authorization objects which we can add to our user roles?
we have SRM7 ehp3 and also using UI add on.

We are doing replication of Vendor from SRM to SUS system. BBP_SP_SUPP_INI is the tcode which we executed.
It is not showing any message on execution . When checked in SXMB_Moni it is showing errors in reciever side.
SXMB_Moni Trace and BBP_backend_dest table snapshot are attached .
Please help regarding this.

Dear all,
We are using SRM 7 and we noticed after last Support package upgrade the following issue:
- When a user approves a workitem in his worklist, the workitem is not directly removed and the user can open the same workitem and approve it again after few minutes.
This issue is sometimes happening sometimes not which made us think about a Performance issue. Could you please let me know the best way to analyze the issue and find the root cause?

I need support with one topic in SRM. We créate SC and PO in SRM and we replicate in ECC.
All these objects are assigned to a WBS number.
We need to rename some WBS ID in our ECC system (PS, transaction CJ20N), this wouldn't impact in our MM documents (PR, PO, GR...), they will continue displaying the correct WBS (because the object is the same)
But our SRM documents will continue assigned to the old WBS code (that doesn't exist anymore). We will have an inconsistence between SRM and MM and the only way to solve this is reassigning the WBS in SRM (change the WBS for the same WBS, but with different code).
If we don this manually or using standard funtions we will have the problema that the POs would need to be reappoved, and it is not correct for us because from business point of view we are not changing nothing.
Does anybody have a solution to reassign the WBS without modify the document to prevent the PO approved are converted in PO not approved?

Hi,
We are using SRM 550.
When a user views/changes a PO in the browser they can use the Preview Purchase Order button to view the PO as a PDF document.
This is OK, but we want to disable users from printing the form using the Adobe PDF print button as there is no print log recorded for this action and so the audit trail is compromised.
I have heard that this can be disabled by SAP when the PDF is generated does anyone know how this is acheived.

We currently have a system user that is defined in SRM. When a requisition is routed from ECC into SRM for sourcing the Requisition does not get created as a shopping cart , it fails and says:
When this happens with a dialog user it normally occurs because the user is not in the org. Structure on ppoma_bbp. But with a system user that does not fall into the org. Structure how does one go about correcting the the attributes for the System user?

When I am trying to create Response on behalf for a supplier the button is disabled.
My process.
1.Created the Rfx.
2.Added the bidders.
3.Added the item.
4.Published the Rfx.
Now when I clicked on Response and Awards.
I am not able to see the Response on behalf button .Its disabled.What have I missed.Also can someone tell me about the Intent. As what's the effect if there is a diamond shape on Intent for few bidders and for few its not.
Also when I clicked for those bidders who is having Intent for them I am able to see the Response on Behalf. But for those whose Intent is blank for them I am not able to see Response on Behalf link.
Also I am activated all my bidders as surrogate bidder.

On T-code SWETYPV I created the follow entry:
I activated the BADI ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST.
But, when I create the purchase requisition any workflow is triggered.
Missing some setting? I followed the manual Service Procurement Classic 7.02.
Release:

Hi,
I have an issue while replicating SRM central contract to ECC system, "GR based IV" indicator is not flagged even though in vendor master "GR based IV" is flagged. And there is no info record maintained in ECC system.
The contract replication from SRM to ECC is happening through the proxy "PurchasingContractSRMReplicationRequest_Out" (XML file)
Inbound XML proxy "PurchasingContractSRMReplicationRequest_In" (XML file)
Also identified that this issue is occurring only for floating Purchase Organization. i.e, this particular Purchase Org is not assigned to any Company code in ECC.
Kindly let me know if any configuration missing either in SRM or in ECC system. If not, kindly advice to fix the issue.

Based on our BI consultant, long text from the survey response cannot be extracted (or perhaps has a limit of 60 characters) to BI.
But is there a way to at least extract the XML data of the survey response. That way we can parse the long texts.
Would appreciate if you can provide the program/FM and data to feed.
