Dear SAP Experts,
We enabled SRM UI and followed the SAP provided configuration guide to complete all the required setup's. we are able to create shopping cart using the new UI without any issues.
Now we are trying to enable custom fields on new SRM UI which are currently available on Web dynpro SC UI. we followed the configuration steps (2.1 Extending screens via SPRO configurations) provided in the Extensibility-Customer_CookBook_SP04_1.pdf.
After the configuration is completed, we are able to see the new custom fields on the new UI screen, but we are not seeing the description as expected - the description is shown as VIEWKEY_FieldName_L eventhough we maintained the label text.
And also any data that is entered in the new custom fields are not saved to database and therefore not available in BBP_PD transaction.
Please see the attached screenshot for more details.Please provide your guidance in resolving the issue.

We have SRM 4 (server 500) and implemented extended classic scenario. We have the following requirement with respect to India specific tax calculation: We have enabled setting "Tax is calculated in R3" in SRM. In R3, MM calculation schema procedure is configured for tax calculation of imports. Tax calculation condition type (Tx FV11) is configured for domestic purchase. Now, a SHC or PO is created in SRM. For calculating tax, we would like the control to go to R3 and calculate the correct tax and return the tax code/value to PO/SHC in SRM. Then, SHC/PO is saved in SRM. PO is copied to R3 so that the tax value will be same in R3 and SRM.
Please advise is there any Badi available for this or does this require custom development? Any suggestions...

I see attahments are transferred from SC to PR. But when I click see originals i get error saying 'No application exists'. see the attached screens shot. what config did i miss? or is it something related to BASIS

scenarie SRM 7.1-SUS and ECC 6.0 . Clasic.
we create a PO with Fleet conditions and then made reception on MIGO normally and create two movements send GR moviment on REPDDELVY but on SUS Invoice not show cost related from Fleet only show movement of material reception.
some guide to resolve that issue.

When a shopping cart is completely approved the header status changes to "Approved" and the item level status under tracking tab gets "Cannot be ordered" status instead creating a follow-on document or going to carry out sourcing. Can we manually update the "cannot be ordered" status? Thanks.

We have added a custom field (checkbox) in our SRM shopping cart.
Now we want to enable this only for a specific group of users.
Is it possible to control this via new authorization objects which we can add to our user roles?
we have SRM7 ehp3 and also using UI add on.
Appreciate any input you may have.

The shopping cart when rejected shown as sent back to requester's queue in the approver tab, but the requester not able to modify/revise the cart for resubmission. Seems the carts getting struck and incomplete with flow. Pl could you detail the manual steps to push the cart to requestor's queue for revision processing. Thanks.

Our customer has needs to update the EKKO-SUBMI field from SAP ERP with the information that comes from SAP SRM. We contact SAP Support and working with them we realize that the BAPI that creates the PO in ERP contains that field and the information, sadly in the ERP when PO is created it dont receive this field infromation, so it does not get filled.
We were thinking in create a job in both system in order t download alll the information from SRM and update in ERP tht specific field trought BAPI's. The problem:
1.- We dont have any clue on how to identify a comun field in both systems in order to identify every PO in ERP and updates those correct.
2.- Is there an key field in both systems that shares the same number in order to indentify themselfes?
3.- We use 'RV_ORDER_FLOW_INFORMATION' in ERP but we dont get any history of that PO that comes from SRM.
Standard way there is no way to do it, and enhace the standard code in SRM and ERP it not an option, they want a batch update process that download and upload information in both systems.
Please any ights in this issue will be helpfully as can not imagine.

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement to hide the certain queries in POWL for perticular roles. I have maintained the entries for the roles through transaction POWL_QUERYR but we are not able to see the desired results.
Also tried by running the report POWL_D01 but this report will delete the queries based on the users. Our requirement is to show or hide certain queries to all the users with a perticular role.
Kindly advice.

When we would like to make a PO from portal, we have an issue like this :
"Object or set with GUID 00000000000000000000000000000000 does not exist"
Just for the information.
We have maintain number range for PO at 'Define Number Range for Local Purchase Orders". and also have assigned it at PO type ECPO and ECDP.
And at Define Number Ranges per Backend System for Follow-on Documents, we have maintained number range PO for backend system.
And also Define Backend System for Product Category which source system is SRM system and target system is R3 system.
Do we have missed config? or do you have any idea what should i maintain ?

The user has created the SC with all the details. but the follow on documnet is created in Archived status and also in ordered status. but in the R/3 system the PO is not created . So only the po number is reserved in Enterprise buyer system.
what might be the reason for this . And what to do to remove the archived status.

Is there a direct way where I can link my PO, ECC created (BUS2012) to it's corresponding RFX response?
I am to create a table where all the PO's listed will have it's corresponding/originating RFX response.
I have tried the FM BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL but as per my research, it is only for PO's created in SRM (BUS2201).

We posted the confirmation in SRM and status has been updated to "Posted in the Back end".
But there is no GR/Service entry sheet available in back end system for the PO in Purchase Order History tab.
How to know the IDOC number for the particular confirmation?

scenarie SUS 7.1 and ECC 6.0
On ECC PO is created with a Vendor 12345678X and that PO has a price conditions with another Vendor code 55555555X example. the PO is send to SUS ok the vendor 12345678X can to process followins objects PO confirmation and Invoice too,
our necessity is the second vendor 555555555X process theirs invoice about of concepts of Price condition on SUS.
its posible that kind of scenarie on SUS . any guidance to carry out this I will to thanks.
