Hi all,
I got an issue. Shopping Cart is created with 10 line items. Follow-on document PO is generated. Only few line items in Shopping Cart are converted
to PO. User is asking why all line items are not converted in PO. No Sourcing is activated. Can any one let me know what might be the issue.
Supplier is maintained to all line items in Shopping Cart.

SRM RFX change message sending duplicated output on RFX close
Hi,
I am having a strange occurrence at the moment with the RFX change notification sent to the Suppliers. When an RFX is closed 2 notifications are generated telling the Supplier that the RFX has changed. I would assume it shouldn't be sending anything out if the RFX is being closed.
We are finding it difficult to narrow down to what is creating this event and why. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?

SRM 7.0 Remove EDIT button from PO ??
Hi,
I'm Very new to SAP SRM.
I Configured in the from the IMG settings, but it is removing from Buyer Role and Requester Role.
I want to Remove it from only Buyer Role.
I don't know how to get Buyer role and Requester Role in Dynamic class.

In SRM PO, where to find the Freight charges.
Dear Leads,
We have a PO created in SRM and copied to ECC.
I see some Freight charges found in conditions tab of the PO. But i could not find any these details in the SRM PO.

SRM Customisations
Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to add custom fields in RFX header. I have enhanced the required structures. After customising 'configure customer fields', the same feilds are getting displayed in left container. but I want it in right container.
Is there any configuration to link the container and the UI elements?

Vendor update, BBPUPDVD and BBP_SUS_BP_TAXNUMMAP
Hello Experts!
To update/syncronise vendors in the SRM system (with ERP) we use the transaction BBPUPDVD.
Normally it works fine.
When we update the vendor with new taxnumber we want to have 2 tax-types: DK0 and DK3.
For that purpose we found the badi MAP_MODIF.
IF_EX_BBP_SUS_BP_TAXNUMMAP~MAP_MODIF
It looked promising, but it seems that it is not called from BBPUPDVD.
Debugging did not bring any clues.
What am I missing, perhaps another program change?
Can anyone help me out here?
Here is the code in MAP_MODIF, pretty much the suggested code.

SRM and NWBC desktop
Hi SRM Experts,
I would like to have some clarification on the current status of the integration between SRM and NWBC.
Reading the SAP Help I can understand that using the Portal-Independent Navigation Frame you can use the NWBC (HTML) without any issue, but it also says:
- NetWeaver Business Client for Desktop
To run SAP SRM applications in the Portal-independent navigation frame, you can only use the NetWeaver Business Client for HTML, not the NetWeaver Business Client for Desktop.
This means that I can use NWBC desktop only if I haven't the Portal-Indipendent navigation frame. Is that correct?
Is it also correct saying that in this scenario the java portal can't be shutted down?
I read also this blog post in early 2014 by Simon KempSRM & Portal Independent Navigation vs. NWBC (HTML and Desktop) and reply from Julie Plummer , but SAP documentation is still stating that NWBC desktop is not supported.
Now my question:
Is NWBC desktop supported for SRM?
Can we use it without having the JAVA EP in place or can we only use NWBC HTML with the indipendet frame on?
Any feedback or experience on this topic is really welcomed!

Enhance the FM "BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER"

I am trying to enhance the FM " BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER" but for each object inside this FM I am getting message 'function group BBP_PD_SC'
can not be enhanced. Is there any object where I can put my custom code in SRMafter PO is getting created in ECC and PO# is passed to SRM.

GL/Account disappears to create auction.
Friends,
need some help. When creating an auction through the sourcing cockpit I get the complete information of the shopping cart, the accounting classification, item data and etc. But once the auction is created by BBP_PD I visualize that the GL / Account of the item in auction disappeared.
Has anyone come across this? You know how I can fix? Some configuration is required to have the account assignment in SRM? The replication of accounting ECC rating for the SRM is through middleare (object)?

Price becomes Zero when the product category contract is being updated in the source of supply
Dear All,
I am facing a concern where the price is becoming zero in shopping cart when I add a product category which is having a reference to the contract. And the issue is not happening for the other product categories where there are no reference to the contracts. Please find the below screen shots for your better understanding.

Need your inputs on implementing SAP SRM UI Add on our existing SRM 7.01 system for direct procurement to support Inventory Purchasing process using SRM classic scenario and how to create Shopping Carts from internal goods and services in SRM UI5.We don't use/have any external or internal catalogs and we will use SRM for internal goods/services, services,limit/Blanket POs and free text, But how to create a SC with internal goods and services, can you assist with reference to the SRM UI5 screens that will be of great help.

Hi Gurus,
1. If a client have not setup internal MDM Catalogs or external punch-out catalogs and not done any configuration related to Catalogs in SRM,can we still use SRM UI Add on Component only for Material Masters ( Say creation of SC carts in SRM using Product Masters) using the new SRM UI Add on.
2. If answer to 1. above is yes,then what all setting must be done to setup SRM UI add on and make it working.

No documents correspond to search criteria - SRM 7.02
Hi,
am facing one issue while creating confirmation for free text/Rfx PO .
While requester tries to create the confirmation for SC/PO getting message : No documents correspond to search criteria
All the process is being done in SRM only.
it is working fine for regular cart i.e catalog cart.
Pls tell me what may be the issue.

PO output is in status 'Not processed'
Hi SRMGurus,
We have upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.03.
We have maintined the required configuarartions in Action Defination(Processing when Saving document) and Processing types for the PO(BBP_PD_PO).
Please let us know the changes in SRM 7.0 for PO output.
Is the program RSPPFPROCESS mandatory in SRM 7.0 as we have not scheduled this program in SRM 5.0?
Please suggest me.

RFx Header Target Value in Sourcing is Zero for RFx created in SRM Manually
Hi All,
We are facing the issue with RFx Header Target Value, before proceeding with question , like to share our scenario's
We are using SAP SRM Classical Strategic Scenario. and below are two possible ways.
Case1)ECC PR - SRM SC (EXTR-BUS2121) - SRM RFx(BUS2200) - SRM RFx Response(BUS2202) - > ECC PO.
Case2)ECC PR - SRM SC (EXTR-BUS2121) - SRM RFx(BUS2200) - SRM RFx Response(BUS2202) - > SRM Contract - ECC Contract.
Case3) SRM RFx(user create RFx directly in SRM ) - SRM RFx(BUS2200) - SRM RFx Response(BUS2202) - > SRM Contract - ECC Contract.
Case4)SRM RFx(user create RFx directly in SRM ) - SRM RFx(BUS2200) - SRM RFx Response(BUS2202) - > - > ECC PO.
Now for cases 1 & 2 , Target Value in the RFx Header is populating correctly ,but for Cases 3 & 4 where the RFx is directly created in SRM ,the Target Value field is visible and editable in the RFx Header ,but when we enter some value and go to other tab, like bidder, the "Target Value" is getting cleared.,
Can any help to understand this SAP behavior of application ,Is this SAP standard? or is there is any miss in our configuration.? Kindly provide some inputs on this. I also cross checked the notes
