SAP SRM : procurement for public sector

Hello experts

I am currently working on the integration of the document builder with srm pps using the web service .

I have performed the following steps :

1- creating RFC connection

2- setting the document builder content , variables etc..

3- configurating of proxy entreprise objects

4- Integrating the srm system with the sap document builder ( IMG node)

now my problem is that when i create an rfx document or a PO the document did not generated while saving the PO/RFx

I've checked the SLG1 Tcode and found out this error ;
