Hi Gurus,
Recently we have support pack upgrade for our SRM system.
Before upgrade our PO and Contract approval process was working as usual.
But after upgrade PO and contract approvals are not trigerring to any agents and instead of that the 1st level PO and contract approvals are trigerring to WFADMIN.
I mean, we have 3 levels of PO and contract approvals and using PCW.
in this 2nd level and 3rd level approvals are trigerring to the right agents which is maintained in PFAC_DIS.
But for 1st level of PO and Contract approval it is not picking any agents and default approval is going to WFADMIN.
Please advise us... This is little urgent...
