Hi experts,
I'm on a 7.0 EHP2 SRM facing the following issue.
I have a SC on SoCo in step 1. When I selec this SC to step 2 I get back the following message BBP_PD045 (User JOBUSER is already processing this document. Please try again later.)
This is just for 1 specific SC with 2 items, 1 with SOS and PO automatically created and the other on SoCo.
We have a user used for process backgound jobs (JOBUSER) created as "System" in first moment and now changed to "Comunication" without success. I've figured that this user process something about 3000 processes on SM12 from time to time and when these processes are on SM12 the error appears when I try to execute the transfer from step 1 to 2 on SoCo, but when the backgound jobs are processed and SM12 is empty I can transfer the SC to step 2 on SoCo without error.
Someone faced some issue like that or have a hint of what it might be?
