Hi,
We're experiencing problems creating shopping carts from external
requirements (PReqs - order as direct) in our upgraded SRM 7.0 system. The
system creates a new shopping cart but it's in error status (I1112 -
Error in Transmission).
We've upgraded our SRM 5.0 ECS to SRM 7.0 EP3 level3.
On review of the shopping cart data via BBP_PD, we've discovered that the
system is trying to create a backend 'reservation'. The BBP_PDBEI-BE_OBJECT_TYPE
is being set to BUS2093 and assigned the new object id value.
This error does not happen when we change the quantity of a Preq and
transfer the change to the SRM system if the shopping cart for the associated
PReq was created before the SRM upgrade.
We suspect that it’s an upgrade issue but we’re not really sure. Has anyone
experienced this type of problem or maybe suggest where we could look to find
this problem code?
