What is SRM functional consultant's role in SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0 technical upgrade. My client wants to do only technical upgrade.
How should I approach this project in terms of deliverables ? what are the first few things SRM functional consultant does in this kind of projects.
I am new to SRM and your valuable input can really help me a lot.
