We are using SRM 7.0. We have configured in Customizing as Sourcing Always Carried Out. So once the shopping cart is approved, it will go to Sourcing Cockpit ( In purchaser's work-list status ). But for few carts, after the final approver approved also, they didn't go to Sourcing Cockpit. The status of those SC's still remains as Approved. But after that final approver approved, it should have changed to In purchaser's work-list status and should have gone to Sourcing Cockpit. Can any one tell me, what might be the reason and how can we resolve it..
Is there any FM available, which can push the SC status to next level.
