Contract distribution from SRM to ERP

Hi ,

I am using SRM 7.0 , Planning distribute contracts from SRM to ERP through idocs. I donot want webservices and also PI.

currently existing system is , contracts are creating in MM system.

Once this distribution model will work perfectly then I want to load all the ERP contracts from ERP to SRM through standard time of Golive . But question is closed contracts no problem. contracts still which are open (created in ERP) can not distribute to ERP to SRM (Released qty, value) because these are locally created in ERP. So we want to do some customaization either in  ERP or SRM?

Can you pelase guide me  on this how to proceed?..
