SUS PO Confirmation-Line Item wise

Hi Expert,

Is there any function module which allows creating confirmation line item wise for a PO?. My requirement is a user uploads a excel file with PO Number,Item Number,Confirmation number. The POC needs to created only for the line item present in the excel sheet.
