SRM 7 EHP1 SP8 - Create confirmation btn active after confirmation created on SC POWL

Hi everyone,

We are in the process of upgrading from SRM 7 to SRM 7 EHP1 SP8.  We have an issue where a shopping cart has been created and then a PO has been created in the backend system, ECC 6.  We then create the confirmation in full for the SC/PO.  Then we go back to the SC POWL and select (highlight) the SC that has just been completed.  After selecting the SC the 'Create Confirmation' button is still enabled.  If you click this button you then receive a popup error message stating that the PO has been completed and when you click close it closes you out of your whole session.

The 'Create Confirmation' button should not be active in this example.  Any ideas on how to correct this?
