Wrong Fields are displayed in PO

Hello guys,

We are working on SAP SRM7.0 , after implementing service packs,  wrong fields are displayed in PO ( Header tab->General Data ), please check screen shots of both wrong fields PO, and Correct fields PO. can any one help me how to bring back original fields
