Shopping cart approval link is not working

Hi All,

ITS servers in our system were decommisioned recently and we have moved to a new server during which all ITS links were replaced by SSO links.

Also, all Internet Information Servers were upgraded as a part of siteminder upgrade post which we are facing an issue with shopping cart approval in SRM system.

Whenever an approver tries to approve shopping cart using online approval link in shopping cart approval notication, below error screen is displayed instead of routing the approver to appropriate shopping cart document.

We have investigated that the concatenation of SRM portal SSO link stored in organization structure under attribute 'Current ITS of user' with workitem URL picked by URL is not working.This concatenation was working fine with the old ITS link.

We tried adding '&' at the end of SSO link in org structure. This makes only the initial part of URL with SSO link work and ignores the appended URL routing the approver to  SRM home page instead of appropriate shopping cart document.
