SRM tables for workflow for different versions (active and change versions)

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to come up SRM report (it can be SQVI report also) which helps us in determining which approver was present in which version. for example one PO has 6 different versions then we want to know which all approvers were present in which version.

I tried checking few table like /SAPSRM/D_WF_003 , 001, 002 tables but I could not find all the details.
