Error while creating RFx in NWBC

Hello Expert

I am trying to create RFx in SAP SRM through NWBC.

I entered all the required details but while PUBLISHING, I am getting a below error.

"An error occurred in the PD layer: transaction terminated"

Any help would be appreciated.
