We are recently doing a System Upgrade of our SAP servers. I understand that the current system was exported from the old system into the new one. Unicode was also turned on in the new system. The modules that we are using were also patched up to the latest that there was in July 2015.
For our SRM 5.0 however, we noticed that the approvers get an error when they tried to close the work item window from their UWL worklist after opening it. The error is as follows:
"WPINTEGRATION.js could not find SAPWF_sendSessInfo() to send BBPSC07's sessinfo to DSM. Portal's DSM Interface might have been changed"
We were not able to replicate this error in our test environments, only in the production environment.
I have checked through a few notes, like 1158297, and 595519 but have not been able to resolve the issue.
Our SRM is on SSO and not using BBPSTART. Also, it is on HTTP protocol only.
I have also found note 2021205 which is a similar error. But the resolution provided did not help.
If you have encountered the error and was able to resolve it, please help.
