PO Print preview issue in SRM

Hi Expert,

We are facing little weird issue with PO print preview in SRM. We are in SRM 7.03 SP10.

Issue description:

Po with 3 line items has been saved -  PO print preview has 3 line items.

Edit the PO and delete the 1st line item and order the PO -  PO print preview has 2 line items which is correct

Again Edit the PO and Undelete the deleted line item -  Now in this case the un-deleted line fails to appear in change PO print preview and it has only 2 line item instead of 3 line items.

Please suggest.
