I have some trouble with our new workflow process (process oriented) for shopping carts
Here are the requirements:
One workflow step is (due to the requirements of our auditors), to get the approval of the owner of the chosencost center. Unfortunately, the cost center is not known when the workflow starts. The cost center can only be determined at a certain workflow step.
Currently I see only one chance: Restart the workflow when the correct cost center is determined and skip everyone who was already addressed.
My question:
Is there a way to automatically an Ad-Hoc approver AFTER the workflow had started? Is there maybe a BADI that I can use?
