No active queries are assigned to you. Please inform your system administrator.Issue in SAP SRM 7.13

Hi All,

We have done a client copy from 100 to 200 for our SRM system with all  the customizing data/configurations.

Now for few of the users we are not getting any POWL, error like "No active queries are assigned to you. Please inform your system administrator." appears on POWL area.Please let me know what needs to be done to resolve this issue, it will be a great help if you can reply at the earliest.
