Error in AD Integration with SAP SRM

Hi All,

I am trying to integrate AD with my SAP SRM system. When i am doing the configuration, in between i am getting error in RFC destination. In RFC connection test it is showing "Program id is not registered". I tried to register the "program id" manually in OS level, but there also i am getting error as "host name unknown". As far as my concern i have given the input values correctly but still i am getting this type of errors.

Kindly guide me step by step procedure for this integration and to resolve this issue.
