SUS in bbp_pd item links status is in process

Hi Gurus,

I am facing the issue where the PO is in process, which is then confirmed but the item status remains in process instead of changing to 'Sent' in the BBP_PD, because of which XML is not triggered to tranferred to ECC.

How could I change the status to 'Sent'

Please advise on this ASAP
