Supplier List clarification

Hello Folks

I have created a supplier list, but when I create a shopping cart, this supplier list not prompted automatically as a source of supply. But systems displays contracts and backend info records in source of supply (Supplier tab of the SC).

Here my questions as below,

1.       What all the necessary configuration to prompt source list as source of supply in supplier tab of the SC dynamically?

2.       How / Can we use backed info records as a source of  supply in SRM ?
