Currently we have OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) integration with SRM 5.0. Invoice Exception mails are sent from VIM to SRM and the approver/user gets these mails as work item. Upon displaying the mail, the user can view the reason for Invoice Exception in SRM portal.
We are planning to upgrade to SRM 7.0 EHP3 and the Opentext Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) as an add-on in ECC. Can somebody please explain me if any configuration have to be made for SRM 7.0 or the existing configuration is fine and do we have to make any portal specific enhancement for the existing functionality?
