Shopping cart stuck at I1111( Item in Transfer Process)

Hello Experts,

 

We are using SRM 7 version with multiple ECC systems in classic scenario.

 

No auto PO is generated in one of the ECC system into SRM and being stuck at status  I1111(  Item in Transfer Process).

 

Lets say:

Affected ECC = ECC1

working fine ECC = ECC2.

 

For ECC1 - > Auto PR is created successfully and no Auto PO

For ECC2 -> Auto PR and PO is created successfully.

 

Issue started occurring, after production refresh into ECC1 system.

 

It seems issue in ECC1 system since SRM is working for other ECCs.

 

Requesting you to help in letting know, if any configuration is missed.
