PO Adobe form as attachment to vendor email

Hi Experts,

We did configuration in 'define actions for document output' and configured External communication' node with adobe form details ( we built a custom adobe form by copying the standard one). PO print preview works fine. But when an email is sent after PO was ordered, it contain smartform instead of our custom Adobe form. Is there any config / coding that we need to do to change this behaviour.  we tried  BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF, this changes only smartfrom
