use of c-folder with ROS

Hello Gurus,

   I searched a lot for this topic but couldn't able to find the right answer.As I have done with standard process number of attachments for vendor registration is not provided e.g PAN , LOI/WO.. etc . Now can I use c-folder for providing these attachments while the vendor is registering himself.Like for Standard ROS process.

IF yes then how to implement it.

Can we provide attachment on fields like for 5th field PAN - image file.

then for 10th field with attach button ... LOI/WO or shall it be provided at end of the Registration form.
