Service Confirmation Notification is not allowing

Hi Experts,

When am doing service confirmation notification in SAP SUS with the ref of ECC Service PO it is not allowing after confirming the services.

am getting the error of "List of Purchase orders>Display purchase orders>Action has errors

Action Has errors

You are not authorized to call this action

You can continue with one of the following actions

> List of Purchase Orders

> Display Purchase Order

Please suggest me and also let me know note "1263921" is applicable to SAP SRM SUS 7.02 version.
