Remote Function HTTP_GET_FILE

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am trying to download file from the file server. But I am getting Unauthorized error. I have checked that it calls the Remote Function HTTP_GET_FILE.

I compared my roles in su01 but this seems that it has nothing to do. Why am I getting this error? I believe this is standard.
