Use PI between SRM and ECC for Purchase Order

Dear Guru,

is possible to use PI to transfer Purchase Order between SRM and ECC?

If yes my question is related the checks that in a standard implementation have in the Purchase Order between SRM and ECC (an example Material Master Data, Location, Supplier and other).

Can you explain me the possible solution or your experience?
