SC Approved, line item Status Approved. ran BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER, PO dosent get created

Dear All,

SC Approved, line item Status Approved. ran BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER, PO dosent get created. Stand Alone Scenario.

Checked the Delivery date in SC and it is 26.01.2016.

I believe, that is why the the FM isnt working.

is there a way to create the PO.

any changes, that we can make in System.
