Unable to create confirmation in SRM 7.03

Hi,

We are upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.03. I have created shopping cart which is fully approved and PO created, now I am trying to create confirmation. On create confirmation screen entered confirm Quantity and checked Last Delivery, on clicking 'Confirm' button nothing happens.
