User Replication in SRM One client

Dear Experts,

I need to transferred User from ECC to SRM one Client but when I create Organizational Unit Business Partner is not gettging assigned.

Even when I run the report "HRALXSYNC" this is not getting linked and getting "Determination of connections to object 'BP' of 'O' '50000298' failed" .

Attached the exact screen shot below . Request you to please direct me where to search for this issue or steps how to configure this.
