Dear all,
We are using SRM 7 and we noticed after last Support package upgrade the following issue:
- When a user approves a workitem in his worklist, the workitem is not directly removed and the user can open the same workitem and approve it again after few minutes.
This issue is sometimes happening sometimes not which made us think about a Performance issue. Could you please let me know the best way to analyze the issue and find the root cause?
