My SRM 7.3 shopping cart gives the error 'Cannot get process info from WF archive; function AS_API_READ causes exceptn No Infostruc Found' when the price is zero and when we click on the tab 'Approval process overview'. We did a lot of research to find a Workflow solution, but in vain. Now we are planning to display a message to ask the user to enter the price before clicking on 'Approval process overview' tab. Couldn't find in which class method/badi we can put the message. Any help will be highly appreciated.
