ECC is not able to take the right modified description from SRM and overwriting it by service master for category SERV

Hi Team,

There is a issue where OA in ECC is not able to take the right modified description from SRM and overwriting it by service master for category SERV.

This look like due to master data, for service 10000028, the indicator ‘Short text change allowed’ is disable thus it will always take the description from master data.

So the requirement here is without that tick as it should allow to modified description from SRM in ECC.Please refer my attachment for more details.

Please suggest that where I can write my code (Any user-exit or BADI) in ECC side to by-pass the description from master data and take the right modified description from SRM only.
