SRM Contract creation from SRM-MDM catalog with

Hello experts,

I'm aware of SRM contract transfer to SRM-MDM.

Now, is there a standard functionality under SRM 7.0 EhP3 (extended classic scenario) which allows central contract creation from SRM-MDM catalogs?

Also I'd like to know which is a more logical direction to use from business end-users perspective if there's such.
