Access Restrictions based on Purchase Group

Hi,

    I have requirement to restrict the users to display the Bid invitation of their Purchase Group only. I have the Org structure that has around

100 Purchase Groups. The option I think is to use : Create a Role for Each Purchase Group with Authorization object as  the Org ID (As per the

screenshot)  of that Purchase group only. But for this I need to create and maintain 100 roles (Not an easy task even with a Template based role).

Also  I do not have the same Org ID in Dev and QA to have the roles tested before moving.

Is there a way that I can achieve this access restriction through Org chart only? Your quick response is highly appreciated.
