Message 5AT108: CNT not defined as an area attribute

Hi Experts,

I am getting the error CNT not defined as an area attribute Message 5AT108 when running a custom program that updates the SLAPPROVER attribute for an org structure. It appears that the cost center values are showing a range with the Value field being the actual cost center and the To value being a product category. See image. None of these are inherited. This is based on Infotype 1222: General Attribute Maintenance.

When looking at attributes in the org structure no range is showing. I'm seeking in help in how to find and undo this range. In table T77OMATTR the Area field is unchecked for attribute CNT.
