Logical and Physical ID for Notes and Attachment

Dear Experts,

Need your advise on the following details

Our requirement is to create a intermediate buffer table (Programmatically) with Response GUID's and the Purchasers Notes and Attachments Physical and Logical ID.

Till now we are able to get the GUID's for the response, but once the Purchaser adds his/her comments in the Notes and Attachment we are not able to get the Physical or Logical ID.

Could you let us know where we can find this Physical and logical IDs for the Purchaser inputs

NOTE: we have used a FM BBP*BID*GETDETAIL from this we are able to get all the relevant information of the Bidders. but now for the Purchaser
