No Attachment with Answers in Return E-mail When Pressing Send Survey

Hello experts,

During Supplier evaluation process (ad-hoc functionality in SRM 7.0), when a evaluator pressess on the button "Send Survey", system opens the mail client and prepares an email. However there is no attachtment  including the answers provided in the questionnaire. :-(

Do any of you know what I have done wrong since this is not working?

Any information regarding this will be more than welcome.

We are on SRM 7.02 SP06, We use Supplier Survey cockpit and customize it in the way that the questionnaire is sent as an HTML attachment in an email.
