Buffer table not up to date_XML Failure in SUS

Hi,

    I am working on SRM 7.03 Decoupled scenario. When RFx is published to SUS system, the XML is failing in SUS with the

error  as: Error during proxy processing Buffer table not up-to-date

There are ample SAP notes for this error,following them I have cleared the buffer using the basis T code, replicated UOM,

Currency, exchange rates which can be the root cause of this error. Some of the SDN posts say this can be due to configuration

issues. Is there any other part of config that I need to check?
