Hi All,
We are upgrading SRM5.0 to SRM7.0 EHP3 on linux x86_64bit with oracle.
We are facing an issue with DVD kit for BS7I2013 kernel. In SUM extraction phase the DVDs are not accpeting.
As per the SRM upgrade media list DVD 51046228 is listed in the pdf but this does not exist in service market place itself.
We did try with different kernels starting from 720, 721 till 740/741/742, however none of them works.
The error we got is
