Plant Condition

Dear experts,

I met an error when I add plant condition to central contract.

It shows as below, while I have already maintained the plant and add nearly every place in CC, header, item, condition, distributions, and tested many times. and also synchronized the plant again.

My system is initially installed, is there any special configuration refer to plant condition.

Please help on this.
