Workflow issue for Shopping Cart

Hi All,

We are having the issue with workflow. I created SC with value above $500 which will need approval. While creation of shooping cart, I can see the approver correctly picked up and showing in approval tab. However, when I submit the cart there is no workitem ID created and also no approver is determined.

Please advise.
