"Receipient not found" error while releasing the contract

Hi ,

We are getting "Recipient not found" error in SRM system  in tcode : SLG1 while releasing central contract.Also no XML is getting generated in the

SXMB_MONI. We need to replicate the contract to ECC system via PI.

Could you please let us know the details config step so that we can find out the missing config.
