Error message new, renewal or replacement of PO while creating SC

Hi,

We are upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0 and testing SRM content in our sandbox. While creating Shopping cart I am getting error message 'Line 1: Is this a new, renewal or replacement of Purchase Order'.

I don't see any option on the Shopping Cart screen to specify if this is New, Renewal or replacement of Purchase Order. Is this because of missing configuration or something not entered on the shopping screen.
