Delivery Address in SRM

Hello

Is there a way to create Ship to Address or Delivery Address Number from GUI without using SRM Webdynpro portal that can be used while creating shopping carts as delivery address. Detailed step with screenshots will be helpful.

Also, how can I delete any existing address number from SRM.
