Please could some one guide me .
In SRM system we created cart 1234 under SRM_17 and cart 5678 under SRM-05 Both of these carts were put on PO 112233.When doing confirmation, SRM_17 can pull up and see by cart number or PO number
SRM_05 - can't see it at all no matter what they do.
If I look at the PO, Line 10 is SRM_17 and LIne 20 is SRM_05.Looks like SRM is not looking at any Creator other than Line 10.
I am not sure where to check for this one .. has anyone faced a similar issue when trying to create PO with a combination of SC and then for doing confirmation only one of the SC creator is able to do not the other one ? I hope I am able to explain correctly .
Please let me know .. also note that both the users have the same roles and Authorizations
