Need your help for the below issue-
When SRM PO is sent to supplier via email, it is sent as a .pdf attachment. The attached PO can be read via email Inbox but not in SAP outbox i.e SOST transaction. There if we click attached pdf file to open, it ends up in error message stating that Adobe reader could not open 'POXXXXXXXX.XXX.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.
While same can be read in email perfectly. I tried to download the pdf from SOST to my system but that also showed up the same error message. Image may be NSFW.
